Feedback on bill

I went for a eye operation In May 6- 2015, the doctors rooms advise that there is still a outstanding balance on account due to medical aid did not pay the full amount. As per Bankmed / GP the medical aid only paid for the one eye. What i know i have two eyes and went for the operation for both and not one. I called bankmed to confirmed what happen when i was told they only paid for one. I was then advise to request the nappie codes documents ect from my doctor which is did. and right on the attached documents \Amended "and forward documents to claims to investigated the matter"
