False Cover

I just do not understand how making money may be more important than the wellness of one being. I was recently hospitalized, as per my supposedly medical aid plan hospitalization is covered @100% but unfortunately, I have to foot my own bill. Where is justice in all this? We are just being ripped for services / benefits not rendered.
