Failure to get authorisation

I'm currently 36 weeks pregnant and bankmed say they can't give me authorisation to give birth at a private hospital unless I have a gynae...I don't have one I was going to a public clinic for checkups because my funds for special lists were exhausted.no gynaecologist is willing to take me now at 36 weeks I'm soooo frustrated and fear public hospitals because iv had a bad experience there with my first child .I don't know what to do
