Failure to add a dependent

In May I submitted to add my new born baby and my husband . Action was not done. I called 5 times all agents keep saying tomorrow it will be sorted it's July now still nothing

I needed to take my son to a GP and paid cash coz he is not yet added

The last consultant I spoke to is Bontle who refused to give me her surname Nd said she was told not to guve her surname

I need my services terminated if 3 days no reply with them being added clearly they don't need business I will look for a medical aid for my family
