Exquisite customer service

I would like to thank Bontle for her exquisite customer service and keeping her promises. I spoke to two other consultants who just wanted to dismiss me and my query and I kept calling until Bontle answered, she thoroughly went through the claim and sent an email to have the claim assessed. Bontle kept calling me to update me about the progress of my query.
