Exceptional Service received from Mohamed Abrahams

Over the last two weeks I had the pleasure of dealing with a manager in your consulting team by the name of Mohamed Abrahams. When it comes to ones health Mohamed understands that not every situation is black or white and in some instances there are unique cases which need to be heard out and he was the only one willing to take the time to hear out my sequence of events which led to a claim being incorrectly rejected. He not only tried various avenues within your organisation but also contacted the Hospital and Doctor in question to obtain the required motivation. Being a dialysis and transplant patient, I have been with Bankmed for 11 years and dealt with many of your consultants countless times, and I can honestly say Mohamed is a gem within your organisation. He is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and I sincerely hope he gets the recognition he truly deserves!
