Exceptional Service

After so many years battling with this medical aid, I resorted to even cancel it because its like you carrying a credit card. This is just to applaud and send my Best wished to Grant who assisted me on Friday. his email address is *** what a GEM of an employee you have in him. I have been calling week by week to get my invoice paid. Grant went into my query checked the details and was able to resolve the query while I was online. All this time I was left to believe it is the medical aid delaying the process to payment only to find that the DR made a wrong request for authorization. After I left the call I must say this was such an exceptional service I have ever received since been with this medical aid from 2012
