Exceptional service

<p>Candice Breuninger has provided exceptional customer service. Since Muneef assigned her to handle my queries as I was not happy with Nazley's service, Candice has been excellent. Candice is very helpful willing and provides feedback timeously. Candice keeps to her word or promises, e.g she will say she will get back to me by a certain time and she does so. One of the many instances she assisted me was on 04/08/16, I was going to SARS that day to submit my returns, I needed information relating to certain claims incl. end of 2015 stuff. I emailled her in the morning requesting this info. She assisted me promptly dropping what she was doing, liased with me with updates. Candice has provided the opposite service of what Nazley did. Nazley does not have customer ethics, unhelpful, unwilling does not go the extra mile. Nazley does not provide timeously information and does not keep to her word or promises. Do not know how she can be in a senior position if she cannot provide professional customer service.</p> <p>Candice is very professional, willing, very helpful. Words cannot describe how I am overwhelmed with her service. Ten out of ten for her. She goes the extra mile.</p> <p>Candice thank you very much for your wonderful service you provide to members, keep up the excellent work. Hope Bankmed can recognize what you are doing.</p>
