Exceptional effort and good listener

I had purchased a couple fitbits from Dischem in January and received cash back up to the limits for them in Feb cut off. I was informed the cut off is the 4th of February and purchased another on the 5th of February, allowing to get cash back on it for the 4th march cut off period. <br> The cash back came through late in February after I called through on about the 10th or so to inquire and the consultant said the period had not been closed off. I told him that it must be back dated to the 4th otherwise my 5th purchase would be included and I would therefore not get that cash back in March. I was told this would be the case.<br> In March I inquired because again no cash back and when Olivia came back with feedback after initial call, she said it had been included in Feb as I had feared might happen and did. I explained my case and gave her quite and earful which she said she understood and said that feedback from Dischem can come through late sometimes resulting in this happening.<br> I was pleasantly surprised though when about 2 weeks backs I purchased at Dischem and realized that this cash back had been credited to me.
