Excellent service from Nathan

I generally found the call center agents helpful, but unfortunately, as I got a different agent every time I phoned, there was an utter lack of accountability for getting my problem addressed, and there was no follow-up feedback from the agents, even after promises were made to provide me with updates. I had to phone multiple times and explain the problem repeatedly.

Fortunately, I eventually reached Nathan, who promptly followed up on my query, regularly provided me with feedback, and who ensured that my issue was resolved. Thank you Nathan!
