Excellent service from Clint

<p>I recently phoned in for assistance to the Bankmed call centre for assistance for a claim that one of the service providers said that they did not receive payment. I was assisted by Clint. I must say, he was completely calm, listened attentively to every word I had said, went out of his way to assist with the service provider as well and phoned the provider himself. He was overall completely outstanding in his assistance with resolving my issue and explaining the process etc. He is a true example of how the call centre staff should be assisting clients in the first place. </p>
