Excellent service from claims contact centre

I phoned on 16th April at 8am to report that claims had been duplicated by Ampath. I spoke to a brilliant young lady, I believe her name may be Thaakirah, if I remember correctly. She is super-efficient, polite and so professional. It was a pleasure dealing with her. She phoned be back the next day to advise the claim was successfully reversed. I am truly impressed. Excellent client service, and greatly appreciated!
