Excellent customer services
I'd like to give my praises to a lady by name ****hka Mathews. this lady has excellent customer services and i think she real love and enjoy her work. i had a claim which was not paid but when she took my call and explain what was happening, she new exactly what went wrong but said she still need to investigate in order for her to assist. she came back to me with feedback and took me step by step on what's gonna happen in order for my query to be resolved. she has great exceptional customer service and i wish Bankmed take good care of that special lady.
