empty promises

joined my employer in october of 2021 and for some reason my bankmed application was not completed and i was only made aware when i needed to visit a dentist. In May i submitted another application and since my employer had been collecting medical aid contributions from me, bankmed would then back date the application and thus no waiting period would apply. 3 months later im still on waiting period. Bankmed has got all the premiums dating back to October 2021 so why the waiting period. Iv called every week since May to get this sorted and at the end of each call i am told it has been sorted until i get to a doctor and be told i dont have authorisation. my claims are also not being paid. this is ********* and unprofessional. Any chance i get id advise everyone against this **** of medical aid
