EFT funds transfer

I changed my medical aid plan, last year during december/november, and I was informed that the funds in my savings will be transferred into my account the first week of June, as of today 2020/06/18 I am still waiting I have already made about five (5) calls speaking with different consultants and each time I have been told that my query will be escalated, I have about 2 reference numbers, today (18/06/2020) when I called again I insisted on speaking to the manager and he promised to look into the matter, after I wrote an email complaining about this matter, I received an email that states that I have to wait another 2-3 working days, because the transfer was done today today.
