Don't care company
Bankmed will call you on a complaint to close it because it is on social media and again do not care about the wellbeing of their customer who is already going through the most.
You go to their panel specialist who gave a prescription which they then decline, why have a doctor who will prescribe something you do not cover?
I called and wasted my airtime to ensure I do not miss anything and did Bankmed bother to listen to the conversations with the consultants especially the call on the 10th May? NO THEY DID NOT AND THE REASON IS MERELY BECAUSE I WAS MISLED AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO ACCOUNT.
it is sad that having bankmed is like I invited depression and stress into my space and family that we worry everytime a doctor has to be visited
I maintain bankmed don't care about the well-being or care about the customers.
Please share with me the call of the 10th May as I would like to escalate this to Ombuds to adjudicate and see the treatment by bankmed.
Bankmed is now providing lies in my face while waiting the call recording which is not recieved.
The email you sent also talks about fees/cost to assist with call recording which don't understand why bankmed is now charging me for my own calls which are recorded and should be made available upon request.
I will write to ombudsman of your refusal to share my recording and now I will also write to Teddy Mosomothane for the intervention and assist with the call recording in order to proceed and write to Ombuds
