Don't know what I'm covered for anymore

i called then sent an email days after my call, the response I got is what I already have seen online. my query is still not answered. fine ill pay Dr Vallabh's Consultation fee<br> <br> I need to enquire about my previous claims, i did call for the claim from the 24th of March from Dischem for Katlego Siphesihle's vaccination/immunisation spoke with Ntombi (reference ***) why was only R752 paid? and the reason states it was paid as an exception.
