doctor/hospital bills

Good day I just came back from maternity leave, I have been receiving threatening calls and text messages for me to pay large amounts of money that I owe to doctors and the hospital ever since I gave birth. i delivered my baby on the 3 july and I put my child on the medical aid a week thereafter. I have never missed any payment with bankmed and I need to know why i need to pay for medical bills when I HAVE A MEDICAL AID? I NEED THIS SORTED ASAP!!!!! MEMBER NO:***
