Do they really care about our health?

I had no choice but to call back bank med many times to get them confirm my available funds to the cardiologists for my 3 year old child since I am the one who is sitting with a sick child that needs to see a cardiologist. Getting an appointment to see a specialist its a hassle on its own and then be dissapointed by your medical aid a day before you suppose to go see the doctor by telling the doctor you do not have funds while you are looking at your statement dated 11/11/2018 and they gave authorization number.
