Dissatisfied

<p>August 17 I spoke to Nicola about a co payment my doctor requested of R6000 for the delivery of my baby. I wanted to know if this would be refunded by the medical aid as the doctor is part of the network and coverd fully. She advised me that yes I can make the payment and should then claim back from the medical aid as long as it is not an admin fee. I proceeded and made the payment and when I claimed from bankmed, they didn't pay. I have been dealing with Rea Mohoto who is a teamleader for over a month and the outcome she gave me was they can't pay me, the co payment is not covered. Nicola confirmed that I can make the payment, if she had said it won't be refunded then I would have changed doctors. I'm very disappointed with how this has been handled and the incorrect information I was given.</p> <p>My membership number : ********** </p>
