disrespectful service
I have joined Bankmed two months ago and up to date i have not received my welcome pack. I have contacted them several times to sent my pack to my work address which is 3 km distance from my work and they expect me to go and collect the card t their center . overtime I phone they say my pack will be delivered with 5 to 7 working days .
what a disrespectful service from Bankmed, if i had a choice i would have cancelled the scheme by now .
