Disgusted!!!
I am disgusted at the pathetic nauseating service received from Bankmed. My daughter needs to have a procedure done at a day clinic. After sending THREE letters from the doctor, the medical aid tells me that its not covered in my plan. After investigating the cover that they say I will have on the internet, it does not stipulate anywhere that there are certain exclusions for basic dentistry in hospital. I HATE BANKMED!!!
