Disappointing service
Good day
I’m truely not happy with the service I’m getting with bankmed they has committed to pay my refund but now they made a mistake and paid less than what the claim was and they telling me I must wait for another week for them to process my claim when they made the mistake this is not correct . This is truelly disappointing.

17 Mar 2021, 08:08I’m truely dissapointed as I was told that my funds would be refunded by Friday 12th and still even now nothing no one has called since Friday ... bankmed has definitely over promised and 0 delivery on their promised .....
