Disappointing Response

<p>As per my conversation with Sivu, I am terribly disappointed with the response I received, Bankmed is just proving to be a **** like all other companies.</p> <p>This is not cosmetic surgery or anything of that sort, this is a matter of my husband going blind if he does not do this operation. He had corneal transplants in both his eyes, and they are troubling again. If they took the time to check his medical history they would know how urgently he requires this operation.</p> <p>The fact that it is not covered under insured benefits is appalling to say the least, this is surgery, not your monthly visit to the optician or gp.</p> <p>This should be covered under insured. I am going to have to deplete my entire savings for something that should be covered under insured. I pay a fortune every month only to carry on paying out of my pocket.</p> <p> </p> <p>The ophthalmologist is willing to motivate for this operation. i will definitely be looking at other medical aids. I stayed with bankmed out of loyalty and never experienced a problem before but if this is the way they treat their clients, putting money before livelihood, than i don't think i want to be a part of it anymore.</p>
