Disappointing Discovery

Shocking service by a health advisor or consultant at discovery ? six months later the medical aid is not active and been told the application has been cancelled with absolutely no sound reason. Can not believe the level of incompetence and unprofessional service. Really disappointing as it doesn’t align to what I thought this brand stood for
