Disappointed

Went for a surgery on the 23rd of June 2023 which required me to visit a physiothe****** after, however the cost couldn't be covered because my operation was not under PMD which was not even mentioned to me prior getting authorization . Now I'm stuck with a leg I can't use because I don't have R700 to pay for each visit to the physiothe****** . Each and every month R3600 comes out from my salary for a medical aid who will credit R5000 for doctor's consultation for a whole year for 2 people.i need a follow up for the surgery I'm also told I need to pay cash as my savings are depleted I'm in pain now physically,emotionally and financially strained as I didn't wake up and plan my injury and have 0 money to pay for all this as I believed I'am covered by my medical aid.. I'm so disappointed
