i'm unhappy with Bankmed a person pays every month just not to be able to use your funds. according to my knowledge I can go to any doctor I want to I'm not restricted.

i went to for a procedure 31 March 2023 where I had to pay R2 100 . after weeks I get a bill to pay for anesthetic R22208,05. whit what money . I phone in today and spoke to Amanda she informed me because it's because the hospital is not on the chosen list. but I don't have to choose on my plan must I now relocate in order to get assistance to medical care. when you deduct my money there is no restrictions but where must i get the money o pay while you are deducting money every month for what. than i rather go to anther medical aid i don't have time for ******.
