Declined claims with no valid reasons.

In February I went to see an E.N.T specialist, and he requested that I do a scan in order for him to ascertain the cause of the problem, but to my surprised the claim was declined, I then contacted <br> bankmed and was advised that there is a chance that my claim can be approved, provided I send through a motivation from the specialist, which I did.<br> To my surprise my claim was declined based on the fact that my plan doest't cover for the same, now my question is :<br> If bankmed knew that my claim will be declined why did they toy around with me?<br> I therefore request that the medical aid approve the claim because I have provided what they requested.<br> 2. The specialist then referred me to do a hearing test, I called bankment before going to do the hearing test to find out whether it will be covered or not, and I spoke to a lady who confirmed that yes the medical aid will pay.<br> To my surprise the claim was declined, I then call bankmend and I was advised that they will investigate and get back to me, to date I have not received any feedback.<br> 3. My son was severely burnt by hot water around 6:30 PM, bankmed confirmed telephonically that they will cover the claim, later they declined claim
