<p>Bad experience by Bankmed, really disguting service. not sure if this consultants are aware that they represent a brand that is Bankmed not themselves. <strong>Lucinda Nazo, Thulethu Solwandle</strong> and <strong>Sarah(unfortunately no last name)</strong> all this mentioned gives mediocrity a new definition. As far as i know, if a member has a medical aid option that has a savings account, then upon termination or change of option funds are withheld for a period 3-6 months before any savings funds can be paid out to the member. well the consultants mentioned failed to understand this general rule for all medical aid schemes. wonder how do they advise or assist Bankmed memeber if they fail to understand a general rule. what these consultants are quickly point out, is that i owe Bankmed and yet cannot answer as to how did i get a refund from Bankmed if indeed i had overused my medical saving funds. i mean how do you refund a person money if you see that they used what was allocated to them? unless if its a terrible error. </p>
