Debit order for removed dependent

I sent email to remove a dependent 30 May 2023 they responded 1 June for me to confirm i did confirm the same day, the dependent remaimed there i called in 13 june to check and ask why the dependent was not removed. I was told it will be removed and they sent me a certificate with just me. Then today i see debit order for the dependent that was removed.

I believe 30 may may to 30 june is 31 days. I was told the wont be debit from the first of July but they still debited need for the person who is no longer a member today.
