Customer Service Heroes

I have had to deal with Bankmed (or is it discovery since they are administrating on behalf of bankmed) a bit more than usual this year. I have been quite impressed with the service I have received. Even when things have gone wrong they have gone out of their way to resolve it. I recently had a claim that was incorrectly processed. Notably, Odwa and Yussuf come to mind for their exceptional service. I am truly grateful especially after having to deal with other institutions that have shocking service.
