Consultant not returning my call

<p>Good morning. </p> <p> </p> <p>2 weeks ago I called Bankmed to voice my grievance regarding a certain process surrounding specialist approvals and how clients are unfairly treated because they aren't aware of the full process. Shawn spoke to me and told me he will investigate and come back to me the following Monday. It's now a week after he said he would call and I'm still waiting.</p>
