CONSISTENTLY PATHETIC

I do not understand why I have to double check EVERYTHING that is sent through to you and ALWAYS without fail, it is paid out incorrectly. I gave birth on the 6th of Jan and subsequently was attended to by a number of specialists. ALL the specialists have been paid out incorrectly. Initially I was blatantly **** to and told that what was paid out was 125% of scheme rate and not 100% and then when I spoke to another consultant, I was told that only 100% was paid out and she gave me a million reference numbers of requests she made for this to be corrected through your claims department. And what do you know, it's still not done correctly, and half of your consultants don't know what they are doing, what they say always contradicts what the other said. This is beyond pathetic, I do not have the time to be double checking that your consultants are doing their jobs correctly, and I wonder how many people are having to cover shortfalls out of their own pockets caused by this incompetence. No wonder you can't make scheme rates available to us, because you don't apply them and I was told by one of your consultants that its because some Doctors are paid more than other, what nonsense??
