Congratulations bankmed... you are officially the worst medical aid ever!!! i cant even get prescription medication on the basic plan... so where in heavens name is my monthly contribution going to... youre service providers panel selection is poor... im beging to notice a trend here... my whole experience with youre organisation has been particulary poor, from the call centre agents down to youre service providers, i would herewith like to request a investigation/ or inquest into the fact that i had to pay for my own precription from a care cross provider, where i was refered by the \doctor"to buy my own medicine where he is a dispensing doctor? which i was not told upfront!!! i await youre feedback... i will be terminating my relationship with you... but i feel you owe me a answer at least for my 3 years of contribution to the aid...<br> """
