Confusing Codes

Very very disapointed with Bankmed service, I was diagnosed with osteoathiritis in both knees, as well as gout which caused the knees to get so bad so I was in Hospital at Life Wilgeheuwel but they could not do the procedure to do knee replacements because I had medical issues on the day and they first had to treat the gout and get it under control before they could do the Procedure for knee replacement icd 10 code M17, everything get put through on code M17.0 that is why my OT bill was rejected on the invoice they place the ICD 10 code M10.06 which is the Valid code and is a PMB benefit but they also place the code M17.0 which is a bilateral knee replacement which is not on the PMB benefit list and now they want my to settle the bill for almost R3 000 and I have to settle the bill for the additional physio etc, which is almost R20 000 I really need assistance in this respect because this was an in-hospital service with an authorisation number and was all declined
