A letter of motivation was sent through as requested by bankmed regarding a scan during my pregnancy. There were signs of gestational diabetes. APPARENTLY this isn't motiovation enough. 3 previous motivation letters were accepted. What exactly is the issue here? The response I received was automated. I pay for service and service is what I expect.
