COMPLAINT FOR BANKMED

Bankmed is the most useless place to deal with, you cant get any joy from them. I needed a medical tax certificate for 2017, i no longer have medical aid or am i no longer employed, sars requires my medical tax certificate for 2017 that is outstanding when i called bankmed this morning they say i failed authentication because i cannot remember my email address etc from 2017. was i suppose to remember my password or email address from 2017, bankmed consultants are of no help and id and drivers licence was sent to them i need this resolved and send my medical tax certificate for 2017 My name is Rushdien Samuels and contact number *** I WANT MY MEDICAL TAX CERTIFICATE FOR 2017! IMMEDIATELY!
