i am on basic plan on bankmed i was recently admitted at a hospital for an orthopedic surgeon bankmed only paid R7300 instead of R22 000 i have to pay an outsanding R14000 to the doctor so my concern is what's the use of me having a medical aid if i still have to pay the doctor now im in debt i must pay R1600 monthly for my medical aid and then also pay the doctor where will i get R14 000? if i had a choice i would cancel my membership and can i have clarity on this please fix it
