Complaint about Chronic medication

My rating are a ZERO. I logged a complaint on 01/08/25 and spoke to Robert. He did give me feedback after this date only once. I then also received a call from another lady , I do not recall her name. But it has bee never a month now and I have received no Feedback at all. Worst worst worst medial aid.
