complain

my name is thandi ,i have taken my daughter to Dr meyer in polokwane somewhere in october and i have recieved an invoice from them ,bankmed did not pay reason being i have used my out of doctor visit or something like that,which i had a similar problem last year and when i called bankmed last year i was told that i can nominate 2 primary doctors since my doctor is not staying with ,which i have instructed them to do so,and it was not done, according to me they should be Dr tivani and Swanepoel nominated as my doctor primary doctor, so i dont understand why the claim from Dr meyer was not paid as she has only been to dr tivani and swanepoel, bankmed was the 1 advised me to nominate 2 primary doctors ,so im still a bit lost, please advise how many primary doctor are nominated for my daughter,and if theres 1 ,why was the other 1 not done
