Communication

I have resigned from the company I used to work for. I was using the company email for communication with bank med. I now do not have access to that mail box, I am trying to query with bank med using my personal email and they cannot help me. If the consult was smart, she should have called me, authenticated me and changed my e-mail address in order to send the response.
