Claims npt being paid oit

Your service is pathetic and not dependable at all. I've been struggling to get my claims paid out and everytime I call I'm put on hold and nothing gets resolved. I always have to call to chase for payments and there is absolutely no proactiveness from your end.<br> The lastest of my hassles with you has been the sent two invoices both on the 18th of Dec, one for my gynaecologist and the other for my antenatal classes. Both service dates are the 17th of Dec, I followed up to see whether you have received my invoices after sending them both to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] , I was told that the antenatal invoice I sent was rejected because it didn't have a practice number. I was told this information upon my following up, I wasn't informed of this prior to that. Upon reviewing the invoice, the practice number is clearly stated on the invoice
