Claims do not get processed
Since going over to Discovery I have endless problems with all my claims that are sent to Bankmed. Claims just get ignored. I am constantly having to check up on Bankmed (Discovery) and do reconciliations to check whether claims get processed. Discovery are not providing administration for free! Why do I have to do their job for them?????
