Claims complain..Benkmed does not pay claims

Hi

I did a claim recently for bloods and how ever it was rejected because of my savings being depleted.

When i was speaking to claims consultant i was still trying to understand what does this have to do with savings since its part of chronic benefits..My Doctor did register me for chronic benefits therefore it has nothing to with savings. If it was coming out off savings how does it come out of savings meanwhile suppose to be under chronic benefits.

I no longer a member i resigned few days ago but i wanna query about this.

During a consultation with an Ombus they said i need to first lay a complain with you guys and if im.not happy with resolution only then i can go back to them after i have followed a complaints process.

Lab24 said i need to pay R2160 because the recent claim for bloods being rejected.

Im so dissapointed with your service as usual especially when it comes to claims there is always issues or some stories which does not make sense to me.
