Claim rejected Thrice.

I submitted a claim for 5 consults with a physiothe****** which has been declined thrice in view of what appears to be petty reasoning and possible avoidance of settling my account, which had been settled in cash on each occasion. Ever since the new administrators took over there have been numerous changes placing members at a disadvantage. Its easy to sit at the AGM and blow your trumpet about where your staff went over and above the call of duty assisting members - let us see this in action. Surely one could have reviewed the statement initially and provided all of the errors for correction, rejected thrice - absolutely stupendous.
