Claim not paid out, its been a year already!!!
<p>Ive been doing the run around trying to get Bankmed to pay off a hospital claim from 2015.<br />None of the staff is helpful, they keep saying they will get the record of the claim but nothing. Its been a year already!!!! and every consultant say they will get back to me and they dont! This has been happening since i started the claims process!<br />***********, lying staff! Bankmed is a horrible medical aid scheme worse since discovery took over. completely useless!!! </p>
