Change plan

For a very long time I have been trying to change my plan . I've tried the contact centre and the rude lady referred me to the internet, wow what a service!! And now suddenly i'm told that it's too late for me to change the plan. To top it up I have been waiting for more than 6 months for a medical aid card!! What a stupid medical aid!!
