Cannot get Medical Aid Refund

Hi,<br> <br> On the 23rd of February 2016 l consulted a doctor who made me pay R800 consultation fees, the following day l submitted my claim to bankmed where l have been given different references everytime l call but without getting my money back. They claim to have a 3 day turnaround time but its almost a month and it is even costing me more having to call them weekly and hold for ages without success.<br> <br> This is the worst experince ever since Discovery took over the management of this fund
