Call Centre knowledge & willingness - Designated Service Providers
<p>In attempting to decide on plan option next year (2017), I am unable to get a comprehensive Designated Service Provider list despite spending 40 minutes on the phone to the call centre. Repeat direction towards the web site does not satisfy my query as Bankmed has increased teh upfron t from R500 to R4500 for non designated hospitals. Attepting to get a list of such hospitals has resulted in a non conclusive list of only 13 hospitals in the greater Johannesburg area (surley this cannot be all!). How to connect with someone who understands & is able to answer my query?</p>

Thank you - I now have a list. Unfortuantly there are many current hospitals (i.e. hospitals covered under the current scheme) "missing" from the list. This has yet to be confirmed (e-mail sent 21/11/2016).
