Call centre Agent service excellent

<p>On the 12th of June I called the Call Centre and had to obtain a authorization number for the physician and later hospitalized. I was VERY ill and when I called a man by the name of Wayde (unfortunately I didnt get his last name) assited me and he did such an amazing job. He was so patient and even went out of his way to contact my GP for the information and then called me back to give me the authorization number so I could see my physician.</p> <p>I am extremely grateful for his assistance and now that I am healthy and back in action I just wanted to take the time and thank him for all he did. I know its his job but the way he went over and above what he does and especially during my time of need gives me hope in the service delivery industry</p> <p>Thank you so much Wayde.
